LAHORE: TECNO Pakistan has announced that buyers of eligible TECNO smartphones can receive three months of Google AI Plus at no additional cost, giving users access to Google’s AI tools and 2TB of cloud storage.

The offer is aimed at smartphone users in Pakistan as demand grows for AI-powered mobile features, cloud storage and productivity tools. TECNO said the trial will be available on eligible devices purchased through authorised channels in the country.

The Google AI Plus trial includes 2TB of cloud storage, compared with the standard 15GB available with a regular Google Account. The expanded storage allows users to back up and access photos, videos, documents and other files across compatible devices.

The offer also includes access to Google’s AI features, including Gemini AI Plus for everyday tasks, AI-powered photo editing through natural language prompts, Ask Photos for searching saved memories, and tools that support image, video, idea and content creation.

According to TECNO, eligible users can save up to PKR 2,000 per month for three months while using Google’s premium AI services during the trial period.

Eligible devices and redemption process

TECNO said smartphones launched from December 2025 onwards will qualify for the promotion, while more eligible models are expected to be added in upcoming launches.

Users can redeem the offer through the Gemini app or Google One app by following the on-screen instructions. A qualifying payment method is required during registration.

The company said users may cancel the subscription before the trial ends. After the three-month period, the plan will automatically renew at the applicable local monthly rate unless cancelled.

TECNO said the collaboration with Google is part of its effort to expand access to AI-powered mobile experiences in Pakistan. The company said the offer complements TECNO AI features already available across its smartphone ecosystem, including tools designed for productivity, creativity and everyday use.
