DPO Jhelum, Tariq Aziz Sandhu, held open courts at Police Station Pind Dadan Khan, Police Station Jalalpur Sharif, and Police Station Lilla. During these open courts, citizens’ applications were heard and their issues were addressed. The DPO Jhelum issued instructions to the concerned officers to resolve the applicants’ issues on a priority basis.
The records of the applications presented at the open courts are maintained on an online software, the Complaint Management System, and follow-ups are taken from the relevant officers within the set timelines. The concerned officers are instructed to ensure all possible action is taken.
