On the instructions of the Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, and under the supervision of District Police Officer Jhelum, Tariq Aziz Sandhu, a general parade was held at the police lines. Police officers and personnel from across the district, including the Elite Force, Traffic Police, and Lady Constables, participated in the event.
After the salute, District Police Officer Jhelum Tariq Aziz Sandhu inspected the parade and checked the turnout of the personnel. He stated that the police force is responsible for maintaining law and order in society, and it is essential for police officers to be physically fit in order to combat crime. Such activities will continue to maintain discipline and keep the officers alert and active.
