The District Police Officer (DPO) of Upper Dir, Syed Muhammad Bilal (PSP), has taken a significant step towards ensuring transparency, justice, and effective policing in the district. the appointment of Moharrirs (clerks) and Mud Moharrirs (assistant clerks) in police stations across the district will be based solely on merit and success in a written examination.

A written examination was conducted today at the Police Headquarters in Dir, 31 police officials has participated Under the directives of DPO Syed Muhammad Bilal, SP Investigation Akbar Shinwari, DSP Headquarters Ghulam Nabi, and Inspector Legal Nooruz Khan supervised the examination process, ensuring transparency and scrutiny.

The DPO stated that the purpose of the examination is to ensure effective justice at the police station level. Only police officials who possess professional skills, high performance, and a commitment to public service will be appointed to the positions of Moharrir and Mud Moharrir.
