The Government of Hungary has announced that applications are now open for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2026–2027, one of Europe’s most prestigious international study programs. This fully funded scholarship invites students from all partner countries — including Pakistan — to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, One-Tier Master’s, PhD, and Non-Degree programs at leading Hungarian universities.

Strengthening Global Academic Ties

First introduced in 2013 by the Hungarian Government, the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship is coordinated by the Tempus Public Foundation (TPF) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Its mission is to promote cultural exchange, academic excellence, and long-term cooperation between Hungary and partner nations.

Over the years, the initiative has grown rapidly, and today more than 30 Hungarian universities participate, collectively offering over 800 English-taught degree programs. These cover a broad spectrum of disciplines such as engineering, medicine, business, IT, law, agriculture, social sciences, and the arts, making Hungary an increasingly attractive destination for international students.
