Dense forests or remote valleys—soon, mobile signals and internet access will no longer be a problem. Elon Musk’s company, Starlink, has started working on connecting mobile phones directly to satellites.
According to international media, the initial phase of this high-speed communication system has been successfully completed. Following this, select users with new model phones in the U.S. have been invited to connect to the Starlink network.
The report mentions that during Donald Trump’s election campaign, Elon Musk had promised to provide all citizens with access to satellite internet.
Just two days ago, Starlink launched 22 additional satellites into orbit via SpaceX’s rocket.
With this initiative, Elon Musk’s company aims to eliminate the challenge of mobile signals and internet availability globally, making connectivity accessible anywhere on Earth.
