S&P Global Pakistan and TiE Islamabad Launch Three-Year Mentorship Programme for 600 Young Professionals

ISLAMABAD, July 13, 2026: S&P Global Pakistan and The Indus Entrepreneurs Islamabad have launched a three-year mentorship programme aimed at supporting more than 600 young Pakistanis with professional skills, career guidance and access to industry networks.

The initiative, titled Project Elevate, will be delivered through three annual cohorts, with around 200 participants expected to join each year.

The programme is designed for university students, early-career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs and freelancers seeking greater exposure to corporate workplaces, emerging industries and professional development opportunities.

Participants will receive one-on-one and group mentoring from senior professionals associated with S&P Global and the wider TiE network.

The programme will also include training in professional communication, leadership, workplace readiness and career planning.

Workshops will focus on high-growth sectors including financial services, technology and data analytics, while participants will also be given networking opportunities with S&P Global leadership in Pakistan and members of TiE Islamabad’s entrepreneurial community.

Mujeeb Zahur, Managing Director of S&P Global Pakistan, said the initiative reflected the company’s investment in the country’s talent pipeline and was intended to provide participants with mentorship, exposure and professional support.

Atta Rehman, Senior Regional People Advisor at S&P Global Pakistan, said the programme would aim to build participants’ confidence, visibility and long-term professional connections in addition to developing workplace skills.

According to the organisers, Project Elevate forms part of S&P Global’s broader focus on learning, leadership development and workforce capability building.
