PESHAWAR — Muhammad Sohail Afridi, the newly elected Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, officially took the oath of office on Wednesday. The ceremony took place at the Governor’s House in Peshawar.
Governor Faisal Karim Kundi administered the oath and congratulated Afridi on assuming his new role. He also extended best wishes for a successful and impactful tenure.
Immediately after the ceremony, Chief Minister Afridi arrived at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Staff welcomed him warmly, while a smartly turned-out police contingent presented a formal guard of honour.
