PAKISTAN: A friendship that began on Instagram six years ago has blossomed into marriage, as an Italian woman travelled to Pakistan to marry Nabeel Awan.
According to SAMAA TV, the bride arrived at Lahore Airport, where the groom’s family warmly welcomed her.
The couple tied the knot after both families gave their consent and the necessary legal requirements were completed.

A wedding reception was also organised at a local hotel in Kallar Kahar, attended by the groom’s family members, relatives and friends.
The bride wore traditional Pakistani attire and reportedly mingled comfortably with local people, adding a cultural touch to the celebrations.

According to the families, both Nabeel Awan and his Italian bride have hearing impairments. Despite this, the couple are delighted to have found companionship and begun a new chapter of their lives together.
