Shaista stated that if you want to lose weight quickly, you should eliminate white salt from your diet. She also explained the negative effects of salt on the body.
She emphasized that salt is essential but that attention should be given to the type and quantity used. Shaista suggested that if you cut out white salt completely for three days, you could lose at least 1.5 kilograms, as it helps reduce water weight and alleviates bloating.
The actress recommended using Himalayan salt, Lahori salt, or pink salt, but said that it should also be consumed in moderation, as excessive salt intake can negatively affect mental health and cause bloating.
