Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic Mumbai residence, Mannat, is undergoing major renovation, with new floors being added to the rear section of the property.

Producer and real estate businessman Anand Pandit revealed the latest details during a podcast, saying he is currently working on two properties belonging to Shah Rukh Khan, including Mannat. According to Pandit, the renovation will expand the existing structure by adding several floors at the back of the residence.

Shah Rukh Khan Moved Temporarily

Shah Rukh Khan and his family moved out of Mannat in April 2025, before the renovation work began. They temporarily relocated to Pooja Casa, a luxury apartment complex in Pali Hill, Bandra.

The temporary move allowed renovation and redevelopment work to proceed at the property.
