Under the public agenda of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Lower Dir, Muhammad Arif Khan, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Bashir Khan participated as the chief guest in a two-day session on “Amazon Business Models” organized by the Department of Computer Sciences at Government Postgraduate College, Timergara. The seminar was held under the supervision of District Youth Officer Malik Tariq Shehzad.While addressing the youth, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Bashir Khan highlighted that digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives, jointly undertaken by the district administration and the youth department, will provide numerous opportunities for young individuals. He emphasized that aspiring entrepreneurs and digital professionals will be equipped with essential knowledge and skills in digital marketing.
Key business practices related to Amazon, such as product hunting, sourcing, and listing, were also discussed in detail. Students were encouraged to remain dedicated to their studies and actively participate in such seminars. Bashir Khan underscored the importance of these skills in enhancing employability and securing a successful future in the rapidly evolving job market.
At the conclusion of the seminar, certificates of appreciation and shields were distributed among the participants by the chief guest. District Youth Officer Malik Tariq Shehzad presented a shield to Bashir Khan as a token of appreciation and expressed gratitude for his participation.
