ISLAMABAD: Security sources on Tuesday stated that no letter had been received from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder.

According to sources, no such correspondence has been received from the convicted individual, nor does the Establishment have any interest in engaging with such a letter.

The security officials further remarked that the PTI attempted to stage yet another unsuccessful drama under the guise of a letter.

The establishment has already made it clear that if the PTI wishes to engage in any dialogue, it should do so through political channels.

It is pertinent to mention that reports surfaced claiming that Imran Khan had written a letter to Chief of Army Staff Gen Asim Munir, urging a review of current policies.
