RAWALPINDI — 20 November 2025:
Security forces killed seven terrorists belonging to the Indian-backed network Fitna Al Khwarij during three intelligence-led operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 18 and 19 November, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.
Security Forces Conduct Precision Operation in Mohmand District
Acting on confirmed intelligence regarding militant presence, security forces launched a targeted operation in Mohmand District. Troops swiftly engaged the identified hideout, and after a fierce exchange of fire, four terrorists were killed on the spot.
Operation in Lakki Marwat
In a second intelligence-based mission, security forces confronted armed terrorists in Lakki Marwat District. The encounter resulted in the elimination of two militants associated with the Indian proxy outfit.
Forces Kill Another Terrorist in Tank District
A third engagement unfolded in Tank District, where forces successfully neutralised another terrorist linked to the group, further disrupting its operational capability.
Continued Operations Under Azm-e-Istehkam
ISPR confirmed that sanitisation operations are ongoing to clear the region of any remaining militants. The military reiterated that Pakistan’s forces and law enforcement agencies remain steadfast in pursuing the nationwide counterterrorism campaign under Azm-e-Istehkam, working to eradicate foreign-sponsored terrorism and ensure lasting peace.
