Meeting minutes found out that Justice Ayesha Malik had already heard the May nine navy courts case, and the pending appeal will now be heard with the aid of a reconstituted seven-member bench. Key choices included organising a separate department for constitutional cases, introducing “green tagging” for case categorization, and delegating obligations to the Registrar for procedural development. The committee also permitted moving instances below Article 186A among excessive courts, scheduling 5 chamber appeals daily, and looking for civil choose assistance to handle increasing workloads.
