The Saudi Ministry of Interior has introduced revised fees for seven services on its Absher Business platform, according to the Saudi Gazette. These updates include changes to visa extension fees, Iqama renewal and other related services. The updated fees apply exclusively to value-added services operated through the Absher Business platform and are not part of the standard annual subscription packages for employers. In addition, Absher Individuals has established a service to report absconding cases involving visitors on personal or family visit visas. The platform outlined specific conditions for making these reports, including: Reports can be made up to seven days after the visa expires, and reports are limited to 14 days after the visa expires. Each visitor is limited to one leak message, which cannot be canceled once sent. These updates reflect Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to streamline services and bring digital convenience to residents and businesses.
