LAHORE, September 13: Reportage Pakistan has started construction of its residential development, Reportage Residences, in Block B3 of Gulberg III, Lahore, after formally breaking ground at the project site.
The construction launch marks the next phase of the company’s expansion in Lahore’s real estate market and follows regulatory approval from the Lahore Development Authority (LDA).
According to the company, land for the project was acquired on February 12, 2026, while Reportage Residences was introduced through a soft launch on April 25.
Reportage Pakistan CEO Nofal Mughal said the company had committed at the time of the launch to begin construction by mid-September and had now met that timeline.
He said the start of construction represented an important milestone for the development and reflected the company’s commitments to customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
The project also opened a dedicated site office on June 5 to facilitate engagement with prospective buyers, investors and partners.
A key regulatory milestone was reached on August 25 when the Lahore Development Authority approved the project under Vide No. LDA/IDTP-III/4517.
Reportage Residences to Feature 100 Apartments
Reportage Residences is planned as a 100-unit residential development comprising 50 one-bedroom and 50 two-bedroom apartments.
The project is expected to include a range of residential and recreational facilities, including an infinity pool, gymnasium, padel court, rooftop restaurant, barbecue area, children’s play area and prayer space.
Other planned facilities include EV charging, dedicated parking, electricity backup and round-the-clock security surveillance.
Gulberg III Location Targets Lahore’s Urban Property Market
Located in Gulberg III, one of Lahore’s established commercial and residential districts, the project is positioned to target buyers and investors seeking residential property in a central urban location.
Gulberg remains one of the city’s key mixed-use areas, with access to major commercial zones, offices, retail outlets and road networks.
Reportage Pakistan is part of the international Reportage Group, which operates in the real estate development sector across multiple markets.
The company said it plans to draw on its international development experience while adapting its projects to local market requirements in Pakistan.
