Relatives of a Hafiz-ul-Quran who was killed on Sugar Mills Bypass in the limits of City police station appealed to the inspector general of police Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and other high-ups to immediately arrest the killers. Addressing to a news conference at Mardan press club Qudratullah Noorullah and Sabihullah, residents of Ghaznvi colony Charsadda cowk said that on June 12, at around 1 am, unknown motorcyclists opened fire on our Hafiz-ul-Quran brother Hafiz Nasrullah near Tambulak Chowk on Sugar Mills Bypass Road. They added that as a result, Nasrullah died in the hospital while his younger daughter was seriously injured.
They said that the deceased Nasrullah was on his way home after meeting his ailing father at MMC hospital when unknown motorcyclists opened fire. They said that after the postmortem, we have registered a case against unknown suspects in the City Police Station, but so far no trace of our accused has been found. They added that they have no enmity with anyone. They said that the City Police are only giving consolation. They demanded that justice should be provided to us and the killers of our innocent brother should be arrested as soon as possible. They demanded the Chief Minister, IGP and other high-ups to take action in this connection.
