Rashid Naseem, a Pakistani martial artist, has made history by breaking 40 records in a single year. In 2024, 28 of his records were recognized by the Guinness World Records, with certificates issued for his remarkable achievements. Over 12 additional records from various categories are still awaiting results.
Rashid Naseem, who has set 125 individual records, remains at the top in 2024, with three of his records included in the world’s best lists. He is the first Pakistani to achieve such a milestone in five years. This year, he also represented Pakistan on an international TV show in Romania, further raising the national flag. Rashid Naseem has appeared on over 11 international TV shows in countries like Germany, Romania, Italy, Singapore, China, and Korea.
In 2024, Rashid Naseem also conquered the Indian “Master Indian Got Challenge,” defeating all challengers except Shilpa Shetty. He set records in various martial arts categories, including breaking nun chuks, sticks, boxing punches, and fitness feats.
Among his extraordinary feats, Rashid Naseem broke the German record by cracking 289 walnuts with one hand while holding an egg, and shattered 169 walnuts with his elbow in 30 seconds. He also broke 39 cans with his head in 30 seconds, and smashed 43 coconuts with his head in one minute.
In the boxing category, he set a new record in the full-extension punch by landing 346 punches in one minute, surpassing the previous record of 298 punches. Additionally, in fitness, Rashid Naseem broke records by performing 110 jumping jacks with a 40-pound weight in one minute, 106 with 60 pounds, and 93 with 80 pounds.
He also set multiple records in the nun chuks category, including popping 80 balloons in one minute and breaking 100 clay targets with nun chuks. Rashid Naseem’s impact on the world of martial arts has been profound, establishing Pakistan’s name globally.
