Rain and Hail in Lower Dir Damage Crops, Cause Flooding and Traffic Disruptions

Rain and hail in various areas of Lower Dir have damaged standing crops and orchards, leading to flooding in streams and disruption of traffic. Last night, heavy rain and hailstorms occurred in Khal, Rabat, Malakand Dara, Jandool Shalkan , and other areas, damaging crops, orchards, tomatoes, persimmons, and vegetables. The hailstorm and rain caused flooding in streams, submerged low-lying areas, and disrupted traffic. The hail and rain also made the weather colder.
