Dhudial: Under the Government of Punjab’s open-door policy, the Public Complaint Management Counter continues to address public grievances daily to ensure prompt and effective solutions. Deputy Commissioner Qurat-ul-Ain Malik stated this while listening to public complaints at the counter in her office.
The Deputy Commissioner mentioned that people seeking solutions to their problems have been given easy access to ensure they face no difficulty in highlighting their issues. She issued immediate instructions to the concerned administrative officers for action on the public applications received at the Public Complaint Management Counter and emphasized ensuring the resolution of public issues on a priority basis.
