KARACHI, Tuesday, July 28, 2026: The Pakistan Stock Exchange ended Tuesday’s session in negative territory, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index falling 638 points to close at 177,623.
The index traded within a range of 1,688 points during the session and reached an intraday high of 179,123 before losing momentum.
A total of 950 million shares changed hands across the market, with the traded value reaching approximately Rs41.5 billion.
The market’s total capitalisation declined by Rs77 billion to Rs19.95 trillion by the close of trading.
The downturn reflected selling pressure after the index failed to sustain gains near its session high.
