The Sita Sarjanhar Forum held a protest demonstration in the Sita Road area, demanding repairs to the ML2 train track and better maintenance of trains. Led by Mashhoor Memon, protesters including Mumtaz Ali Solangi, Shahzad Ali Memon, Muhammad Ismail Solangi, and Azan Ali Memon participated in the demonstration. The protesters, who have been demonstrating for 678 consecutive days, are seeking restoration of other trains on the ML2 track, track repairs, and affordable and comfortable travel facilities to reduce passenger difficulties. Mashhoor Memon stated, We will continue protesting daily until our demands are met, as reliable train services are essential for our community. Pakistan Railways track rehabilitation projects have been underway, but progress has been slow, exacerbating challenges faced by local residents and travelers. The protesters urged authorities to prioritize the repairs and restoration of train services.
