Timergara (By Rahmat Ullah Swati):
Students and teachers of Shayan College Maidan staged a massive protest against Israeli aggression in Kumbar Maidan, Timergara. They carried placards and banners inscribed with solidarity messages for the people of Palestine.

Moreover, other teachers and student leaders highlighted that the unlawful attack on the flotilla violated international law. They stressed that it must be condemned globally. In addition, they said the protest against Israeli aggression was a way to amplify the voices of oppressed Palestinians who continue to suffer under occupation and blockade.

The speakers strongly condemned the arrest of Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan. They described it as an attempt to silence those defending Palestinian rights. Furthermore, they declared his struggle as part of the wider global resistance, linking it to movements like Hamas resilience and growing solidarity campaigns across Europe.

Protesters also referenced international voices such as Greta Thunberg, who has openly criticized the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. They emphasized that pressure from civil society, youth movements, and human rights groups worldwide is essential to hold Israel accountable.

Finally, the demonstration concluded with slogans of “Free Palestine” and renewed demands for Muslim unity. Citizens stressed that the protest against Israeli aggression is not only a regional issue but also a global moral responsibility.
