PPP Shangla Delegation Meets Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab

SHANGLA: A Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) delegation from Shangla, led by former Member of the Provincial Assembly and PPP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa leader Dr. Afsar-ul-Mulk Khan, met Karachi Mayor and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s spokesperson Murtaza Wahab in Karachi.

The meeting focused on the country’s political situation as well as political and organizational matters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly Shangla.

Dr. Afsar-ul-Mulk Khan briefed Murtaza Wahab on the political situation in KP and Shangla, public issues and the activities of PPP workers in the region.

The leaders also discussed strengthening the party’s organizational structure at the provincial and district levels, increasing political activity and addressing issues faced by local communities.

Focus on Grassroots Organization

Both leaders agreed on the need to strengthen the PPP’s connection with the public and make greater efforts to resolve people’s problems.

They said the party’s political and organizational activities would be expanded at the grassroots level, while workers would be mobilized and public issues raised at relevant forums.

Murtaza Wahab and Dr. Afsar-ul-Mulk Khan reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the PPP’s political efforts under the leadership of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, with a focus on public service, democracy and addressing basic issues faced by citizens.

The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere, with further consultations on the future political landscape of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Shangla and the party’s organizational affairs.
