Police in Islamabad have arrested a suspect allegedly involved in the murder of 17-year-old TikToker Sana Yousaf. The young social media influencer was reportedly shot dead at her home by an unidentified individual on Monday evening. According to Sub-Inspector Mansab Dar, a member of the investigation team, the arrest was made after reviewing the victim’s phone records. “We examined incoming calls on Sana Yousaf’s phone and noticed that one of the caller’s profile pictures matched the description of the man reported by the family as having entered the house,” said Dar. The police confirmed that there had been a phone conversation between Sana and the suspect shortly before the incident. This crucial lead helped investigators narrow down the suspect’s identity and location. Authorities continue to investigate the motive behind the killing, while forensic analysis and questioning of the arrested individual are underway.
