Police Avert Riot, Arrest Student for Blasphemy Under Section 298

The impudent Sayyiduna Muawiya was arrested promptly and a case was registered, thereby maintaining law and order. The accused who insulted Sayyiduna Ameer Muawiya bin Abi Sufyan has been booked under Section 2984 of the IPC. According to the details, a student in Government High School No. 1 Havelian insulted the scribe of revelation, Sayyiduna Ameer Muawiya bin Abi Sufyan, in front of the children of the class. On this, the children of the class filed a complaint with the school principal. The school’s inquiry proved the blasphemy of Sayyiduna Ameer Muawiya, on which the Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat Tehsil Havelian demanded legal action against this impudent Sayyiduna Ameer Muawiya bin Abi Sufyan through the police. The police arrested the accused promptly and registered a case under Section 298.
