PESHAWAR: More than 1,500 students from across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa appeared in the first Goodwill and CUSIT Talent Scholarship Test for admission to XI year classes at Peshawar Model Degree Colleges, officials said on Sunday.
According to a statement, the scholarship test was conducted by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency simultaneously at the City University of Science and Information Technology and PMDC Mardan campuses.
Organisers said the large participation reflected growing interest among students in merit-based scholarship opportunities offered by Peshawar Model Degree Colleges.
The statement added that the second Goodwill and CUSIT Talent Scholarship Test will be held on May 17, while the third phase of the test is scheduled for June 7, 2026.
Officials also announced that the deadline for registration for the second scholarship test has been extended until May 12. Students can apply through the official ETEA website.
Parents and students were also advised to visit the official PMDC website for further information regarding admissions and scholarship opportunities.
