LAHORE: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a major discount offer for passengers travelling to Saudi Arabia, reducing fares on flights to Riyadh and Dammam during May 2026.
According to the airline, travellers can avail discounts of up to 40 percent on both one-way and return tickets for flights operating between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia from May 1 to May 29.
The offer applies to routes connecting Pakistan with Riyadh and Dammam, two of the most frequently used destinations for Pakistani expatriates and family travellers.
PIA officials said the discounted fares were introduced to facilitate passengers during a period of increased travel demand and to provide more affordable travel options.
Online booking encouraged during promotional period
A spokesperson for PIA said passengers were encouraged to use online booking services to secure seats during the offer period.
Saudi Arabia remains a major travel destination for Pakistani citizens due to employment, business, family visits and religious travel.
The latest announcement comes as airlines continue offering promotional fares on Gulf routes amid rising passenger movement during the summer travel season.
