Hafiz Basharat said the permission given by the Punjab government for the summer camp was welcome. Punjab Education Minister Malik Waqar Ali, President of Pakistan Education Chamber, Islamabad said.
He said that the decision will make it easier for students to complete their studies and improve their educational standards with the help of summer camps. This view was shared by Pakistan Chamber of Education Patron Haji Ashfaq Warraich, President Muhammad Bashir Haathar, Malik Waqar Ali, Raja Khalid Mujeeb Gujar and other central and provincial officials while talking to reporters.
They said that Pakistan Chamber of Education held several meetings with Provincial Education Ministers regarding permission for summer camps and they gave technical information about the benefits and importance of summer camps for students. With personal interest and the help of the provincial education minister, the Punjab government allowed the summer camp, which was a good decision. They said that they are grateful to the Punjab government for this step and it is not an exaggeration to call this decision a memorable one. This will help to achieve the goals set in the education emergency announced by the government.
Also present on the occasion were former Education Division president Muhammad Inasin Ramai, Sheikh Ali Raza, Sabir Hussain Butt and Muhammad Islam Mughal. They described the government’s decision as commendable and historic.
