ISLAMABAD: Romania will get labor exports from the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), an organization linked to the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HD), in a variety of fields.
Pakistan and Romania have close links in a variety of industries and are actively pursuing their shared prosperity and growth, an official source told APP here on Tuesday.
Recognizing Romania’s vibrant industries and friendly atmosphere, he emphasized the benefits of the partnership, which not only creates job possibilities but also promotes cross-cultural communication and mutual understanding.
Pointing up the successes in this area, he stated that 8,912 Pakistani laborers have been employed in Romania over the previous five years in a variety of areas.
In response to a query, he emphasized the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment’s proactive approach to looking into employment prospects for Pakistani workers in Romania. He reiterated Pakistan’s government’s intention to strengthen cooperation and announced plans to ink a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Romania regarding labor migration.
This memorandum of understanding will establish a methodical framework for the safe, regular, and orderly migration of workers while resolving any potential roadblocks.
