PCB announces PSL 11 ticket refund policy for online buyers

Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the PSL 11 ticket refund policy, confirming that all online ticket purchases will be refunded automatically to the original payment accounts. The decision affects fans who purchased tickets in advance, ensuring they receive refunds without needing to submit requests.

According to an official PCB statement, the refund process will begin on March 30 and is expected to be completed within 15 days. The board said the funds will be transferred directly to the same accounts used during booking, streamlining the process for ticket holders.

The PCB clarified that no manual application or additional procedure is required from buyers. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Super League 11 is scheduled to begin in Lahore, with defending champions Lahore Qalandars set to face the newly introduced Hyderabad Kings in the opening match.

The tournament marks another edition of Pakistan’s premier T20 league, drawing local and international attention as teams compete across multiple venues.
