PC Hospitality marks graduation of Star of the Future 3.0 leadership program in Lahore

Lahore — PC Hospitality has announced the graduation of the third cohort of its internal leadership initiative, Star of the Future 3.0, at a ceremony held at Pearl-Continental Hotel Lahore. The program is designed to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles within the organization.

The latest cohort completed a 12-month training cycle focused on leadership development, cross-functional exposure, and real-world business challenges. Company officials said the initiative is part of a broader strategy to strengthen internal talent pipelines and support long-term growth in Pakistan’s hospitality sector.

Focus on internal leadership development

According to PC Hospitality, the Star of the Future program serves as a structured pathway for preparing employees to take on expanded responsibilities across departments. Participants undergo workshops, mentorship sessions, and rotational assignments intended to build management, operational, and decision-making skills.

The graduation ceremony was attended by senior leadership, mentors, and participating employees. The event marked the completion of the third edition of the program since its launch.

Bastien Blanc, CEO of PC Hospitality, said the initiative reflects the company’s emphasis on internal growth and workforce development. He noted that investing in employees contributes to operational continuity and supports broader tourism and hospitality growth.

Expanding hospitality footprint

PC Hospitality is the hospitality division of Hashoo Group and operates a portfolio that includes Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts, PC Signature, PC Residences, PC Legacy, Hotel One, Hotel One Vogue, and Roomph. The group also manages more than 50 dining outlets under the PC Connoisseur Collection.

In addition to hotel operations, the group runs Pearl Tours & Travel and the Hashoo School of Hospitality, which offers graduate and diploma programs aimed at preparing students for careers in the industry.

Company officials said graduates of Star of the Future 3.0 will move into roles across various departments, contributing to operations, service delivery, and strategic initiatives within the organization.
