According to Paraplegic Center Peshawar Chief Executive Dr. Syed Muhammad Ilyas, it has been decided to celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities in a grand manner on December 3rd in the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, like other parts of the country. A big and special ceremony has been organized under the auspices of Paraplegic Center Peshawar on Tuesday, December 3rd to mark this international day. In addition to the relevant authorities of the provincial capital, heads of educational and medical institutions and universities, teachers and students have been invited. Professor Dr. Zia-ul-Haq (Tamgha Imtiaz) of Khyber Medical University will be the chief guest. Colorful programs have been organized based on the participation of persons with disabilities in the ceremony. These include interesting sketches, poetry and indoor games. While in the green area of the institution, food stalls have also been set up in addition to counters based on the services of various educational and medical institutions. Students and heads of medical institutions from various universities and colleges of Peshawar have been invited to the ceremony. While four categories have been set for the stalls of educational and medical institutions.
