Past fan gesture recalled
The moment also revived discussion of a widely reported incident involving Sanjay Dutt and a fan several years ago. In an interview with Curly Tales in 2023, the actor spoke about a terminally ill fan, Nisha Patil, who had reportedly instructed her bank to transfer her estate—valued at around Rs72 crore—to him after her death.
Dutt said he returned the assets to the woman’s family.
