Justice Masrat Hilaly further said that two weeks’ time was given to hold the elections. When it is a week’s work, why is one party delaying the intra-party elections? Do you want to feel compassion?
The Chief Justice said that Barrister Gauhar, Niazullah Niazi, Ali Zafar were also there. Anyone can give an argument.
Hamid Khan Advocate said that he does not want to argue in front of the current bench, when a new bench is formed, I will argue, to which the Chief Justice said that let’s gossip again, you enjoy listening.
On this occasion, Justice Masrat Hilaly said that the verdict came on January 13. There was an election on February 8, so why not hold an intra-party election? The Chief Justice said that at that time you could have requested the Election Commission to give time till the election.
Hamid Khan Advocate said that we had talked about this, then I was told by the lawyer that if an adjournment is to be taken, then the decision of the Peshawar High Court will be suspended. It is against the Constitution to deprive a fundamental right by taking away the election symbol from a party.

Addressing Hamid Khan, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that the constitution of your party election is very transparent. You can change such a constitution or hold intra-party elections accordingly.
On this occasion, Barrister Ali Zafar came to the rostrum and said that this bench can no longer hear the case and we will not argue before it, referring to the 26th Constitutional Amendment.

At this point, Barrister Ali Zafar and Hamid Khan Advocate left the rostrum, while Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa started writing the order, to which Hamid Khan Advocate said that the order has to be written, so write my full position that why I did not give arguments. Outside the Supreme Court, Advocate Shoaib Shaheen, speaking to The Public Proview’s Special Representative Imran Ammar, said that we will submit a review petition again within a month.
