NAGOYA, September 30, 2026: Pakistan’s squash team has qualified for the semifinals of the team event at the ongoing Asian Games in Japan after defeating South Korea 2-0 in the quarterfinals.
Pakistan secured the victory through wins by Ashab Irfan and Noor Zaman. Ashab won his match 3-0, while Noor Zaman completed a 3-1 victory to seal Pakistan’s place in the last four.
The result also guarantees Pakistan another medal at the Asian Games, with the country’s squash team now set to compete for a place in the final.
