Lahore — The Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts & Accessories Manufacturers (PAAPAM) has announced that the 21st Pakistan Auto Show 2026 will be held from September 18 to 20 at the International Expo Centre in Lahore, positioning the event as a major gathering for Pakistan’s automotive and mobility industries.

Organised by PAAPAM, the three-day exhibition is scheduled to take place under the theme “Industrial Pakistan,” highlighting the country’s push toward industrialisation, localisation, and advanced manufacturing. The Pakistan Auto Show is regarded as the largest automotive and auto parts exhibition in the country, drawing participation from across the automotive value chain and attracting a large public and industry audience.

Industry platform for manufacturing and mobility

According to PAAPAM, the 2026 edition will bring together local and international auto parts manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and allied industries to showcase new technologies, engineering solutions, and developments shaping the future of mobility in Pakistan.

Salman Saleem, convener of the PAPS 2026 Organising Committee, said the exhibition is expected to support business expansion and innovation in the automotive sector by encouraging collaboration and technology exchange among industry stakeholders.

Focus on evolving automotive technologies

Pakistan’s automotive industry has expanded in recent years with domestic production of passenger vehicles, agricultural tractors, motorcycles, trucks, and buses. Manufacturers are also gradually adopting newer propulsion technologies, including internal combustion engines, electric vehicles, hydrogen-based systems, and alternative natural fuels.

PAAPAM said the upcoming exhibition aims to provide a common platform for manufacturers, technology partners, and investors to engage with these developments, strengthen industry linkages, and promote Pakistan as a future-ready automotive manufacturing hub.
