The protesting students carried placards inscribed with slogans condemning the university administration. They alleged that their examination results had been deliberately delayed for the past five months, causing immense stress and uncertainty.

According to the students, over 1,400 students have been slapped with UFM (Unfair Means) cases, with each student reportedly facing objections in three to four papers. A fine of Rs. 5,000 per paper is being imposed, which the students termed as “unjust and exploitative.”

The protesters demanded immediate release of their results, withdrawal of all baseless UFM cases, and a complete waiver of the fines. They warned that if their demands were not met, the protest movement would be extended across the province.

Later, Additional Assistant Commissioner Babuzai, Tariq Khan, held negotiations with the students. Upon his assurance, the protesters peacefully dispersed.
