Booking amount and delivery time

Nora EV has fixed the booking amount at Rs500,000 for each vehicle, with orders to be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers must complete the company’s prescribed Provisional Booking Order form and submit payment through a pay order or demand draft in favour of Nora EV Private Limited.

The remaining amount must be paid before delivery.

According to the company, the expected delivery period is 30 to 60 days from the date the customer’s payment is credited to its account.

Vehicles already available at dealerships will be invoiced after full payment at the revised price.

Final on-road prices may change

The manufacturer has cautioned that its announced prices are not final on-road rates.

Besides GST and delivery-related expenses, prices may change due to government tax policies, tariffs, currency depreciation or exchange-rate fluctuations.

The circular further specifies that the price applicable at the time of invoicing will be considered final.

Prospective buyers should therefore obtain a complete written quotation from an authorised dealer, including all taxes and additional charges, before making a booking.

The announcement provides greater clarity for customers considering compact electric vehicles in Pakistan, although the final purchase cost will depend on applicable taxes, delivery expenses and the invoicing price.
