After an impressive performance in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) at 9, Usman contacted the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and has decided to represent Pakistan and be included in the squad that faced New Zealand in the T20I series at home last month. .
New Zealand could not compete in the T20I series, but the PCB supported him and selected him in the squad for the tour of Ireland and England.
He was handed a five-year ban by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) from playing in the UAE league. However, Usman does not regret his decision because he has always dreamed of playing for Pakistan.
