The company has announced that it will now be easier for users to search for specific posts on Threads. Users can access the search bar menu, where options to search by profile and date range will be available.
Currently, this feature is accessible to a limited number of users, but it will be rolled out globally in the coming weeks. This new tool is being introduced at a time when more people are leaving X (formerly Twitter).
While many users are migrating to platforms like BlueSky, Threads is making significant changes to attract and retain users.
Earlier, Threads introduced a feature called Activity Status, which helps users see who is online on the platform. Similarly, a few weeks ago, the Location Tagging feature was added, allowing users to add locations to their posts.
According to the company, utilizing location sharing will enable the platform to show users more relevant content based on nearby places.
