Nadia Khan Says Criticism No Longer Affects Her Amid ‘Zanjeerein’ Debate
Pakistani television host and actor Nadia Khan says she is no longer bothered by public criticism, responding to the reaction she faced after sharing her views on the drama serial Zanjeerein.
Speaking on the television show Kya Drama Hai, Nadia Khan said that while online criticism once troubled her, she no longer lets negative comments affect her.
Responds To Critics
“Earlier, going viral used to bother me, but not anymore. People can say whatever they want—I am no longer affected by criticism,” Nadia Khan said during the programme.
Her remarks come after she drew widespread attention on social media for her comments about the drama.
Shares Views On ‘Zanjeerein’
During the discussion, Nadia Khan reiterated her criticism of Zanjeerein, saying the storyline contained several inconsistencies.
She questioned why the lead character, Sarbuland, did not actively search for Bano and described some character developments as illogical.
Nadia Khan also praised actor Sajal Aly’s performance in one of the drama’s key scenes but said the expressions of the actor playing Sarbuland weakened the emotional impact of the sequence.
Her earlier review of Zanjeerein sparked debate online, with several members of Pakistan’s entertainment industry publicly responding to her comments.
