Chairman of Pakistan Muslim League (N), Tehsil Ghazi, Sahibzada Qasim, has assured that comprehensive municipal services will be ensured during Eid-ul-Adha. Speaking to local media representatives on the joyous occasion of Eid, he emphasized that the true essence of Eid celebrations is fulfilled only when cleanliness, discipline, and collective welfare are prioritized. He stated that all necessary arrangements have been finalized to maintain cleanliness across the tehsil during the days of sacrifice. The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) staff will remain fully active and on duty throughout the three days of Eid to ensure timely collection and disposal of animal waste.
To facilitate the public, designated spots have been set up in each union council where biodegradable bags are being provided to collect sacrificial remains in a hygienic manner. Sahibzada Qasim appealed to the public to observe cleanliness while performing sacrifices and to avoid discarding animal waste on roads or in drains. Instead, he urged citizens to place the waste in the provided bags and leave them at the designated points so TMA staff can dispose of them promptly. This initiative, he said, will help keep the area clean and prevent the spread of diseases. Furthermore, he mentioned that a comprehensive plan has been developed by the tehsil administration to ensure uninterrupted municipal services during Eid. A control room has also been established to address public complaints efficiently. Citizens are encouraged to contact the TMA office in case of any issues.
In conclusion, Chairman Sahibzada Qasim extended heartfelt Eid greetings to the entire nation and urged everyone to collectively uphold the values of cleanliness, sacrifice, and brotherhood during this blessed festival.
