ISLAMABAD, June 10: MoneyTap Pakistan, a digital lending platform operated by ZANDA Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., has announced a major brand and product upgrade that includes a new visual identity, redesigned mobile application, streamlined loan application process and the introduction of a new mascot named Tappu.

The update is aimed at improving the user experience across the platform while maintaining the company’s focus on digital financial services. The changes include a refreshed website, updated app store presence and modifications designed to simplify access to personal financing services.

According to the company, the upgrade is built around its existing brand promise, “One Tap for Life’s Needs,” with a focus on making the application process faster and easier for users.

New brand identity and user experience

As part of the rebranding, MoneyTap has introduced a new logo featuring a rising star and forward-moving design elements intended to represent progress and guidance. The company has retained its established green color scheme as part of the refreshed identity.

The company also unveiled Tappu, a cat mascot designed to make the platform more approachable and improve user engagement within the application.

Officials said the redesigned app includes a simplified loan application journey with fewer steps and reduced waiting times during the process.

Focus on digital lending services

MoneyTap operates as a digital lending platform licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) through ZANDA Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.

The company stated that it continues to provide transparent disclosure of financing costs and maintains a responsible lending framework in line with regulatory requirements.

According to MoneyTap, the updated application is available on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store for users in Pakistan.

Expanding digital finance accessibility

The latest upgrade reflects ongoing efforts within Pakistan’s digital finance sector to improve customer experience and increase accessibility to online financial services.

Company representatives said the changes are intended to strengthen engagement with users while enhancing the overall functionality of the platform’s lending services.
