Lionel Messi has given fans a first look at the special Argentina jersey he is set to wear for his farewell appearance with the national team against Benin on October 6 at Buenos Aires’ Estadio Monumental.

The 39-year-old forward unveiled the Adidas-designed shirt on Instagram alongside the message, “One last match. A jersey for a lifetime.” The commemorative design retains Argentina’s traditional sky-blue and white colours while adding distinctive details for Messi’s farewell.
