Model and actress Mereeb Ali recently shared her thoughts on love and relationships during her appearance on Private TV Channel. She emphasized that she doesn’t believe in one-sided love and has never experienced it herself. Instead, she believes that when two people share mutual love, they should get married without delay.
During the show, Mereeb also spoke about a viral video she had previously shared, claiming that her house was haunted by supernatural entities. She insisted the video was authentic, but the revelation has made it challenging for her family to sell the house as no one is willing to buy it.
On her career journey, Mereeb revealed she started as a model at the age of 15 or 16 when a family doctor encouraged her to audition for a Sajjad Ali music video. Reluctantly, she submitted a video and was selected, marking the beginning of her modeling career.
Mereeb later transitioned to acting when producer Sana Shahnawaz noticed her Instagram videos and approached her for the drama Sinf-e-Aahan. In the show, she portrayed a Pashtun girl, earning widespread acclaim. Her recent drama Faraar, where she again played a Pashtun character, has also been well-received.
When asked about her aspirations, Mereeb expressed her desire to act in action and thriller films.
On love and relationships, she concluded by saying, “One-sided love is meaningless if it doesn’t offer respect. Mutual love is beautiful, and when it happens, people should marry without hesitation.”
