Renowned Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat is making a comeback to the small screen after a seven-year hiatus, with the trailer of her new drama creating a buzz on social media.
Mehwish, known for her exceptional acting, was last seen on television in the 2016 drama Dillagi alongside Humayun Saeed.
A title release on the Seven Sky Entertainment YouTube channel garnered 250,000 views in less than 24 hours.
Mehwish Hayat returns in a thrilling and suspenseful role that promises to surprise her fans. In the teaser, her dialogue echoes: “My relationship with happiness is brief, so I don’t let myself get used to it.”
The teaser also features Ahsan Khan and Hira Mani, while the trailer ends with a song line: “Those who laughed at the spectacle will now become the spectacle themselves.”
Directed by Siraj-ul-Haq, and written by Fatima Faizan and Amber Azhar, the story revolves around love, mystery, and deep secrets.
The drama’s cast includes Usman Peerzada, Zainab Qayyum, Nayyar Ejaz, Sohail Sameer, Usama Tahir, Nida Mumtaz, Shamil Khan, Afshin Hayat, and Zohra Aamir.
