Mardan: Police station city operation. A group of motorcycle thieves and the accused who grabbed a rickshaw by fraud were arrested.
Under the direction of DPO Mardan Zahoor Babar Afridi, the police team recovered 15 stolen motorcycles, 165,000 cash and a rickshaw.
Mardan Police, acting on the special instructions of DPO Zahoor Babar Afridi, arrested the four-member gang involved in motorcycle theft and the accused who grabbed a rickshaw fraudulently.
Speaking to the media during the press conference, SP City Shafiullah Khan said that the police team under the supervision of DSP City Ajab Khan and under the leadership of SHO City Abdul Salam Khan, during the investigation, four accused motorcycle thieves, Kamran Ould. Muhammad Yusuf, Yasin son of Waheed Gul, Mursalin son of Gul Muhammad and Gul Islam sonMuhammad Islam, a resident of Badarga District, Malakand, was arrested.
15 stolen motorcycles and 1 lakh 65 thousand rupees in cash were recovered from the possession of the accused. Similarly, in the fraud case, Saadat Shah son of Wazir Shah Sakna Charcha Kale, Nasta Road was arrested and a high-speed rickshaw was also recovered.
During the press conference, SP City Shafiullah Khan handed over the recovered stolen motorcycles and rickshaws to their original owners and said that Mardan police will continue its operations against the criminal elements.
DPO Mardan Zahoor Babar Afridi appreciated the performance of the police team and directed more effective actions to protect the life and property of the people.
