MARDAN: The Excise and Taxation Office Mardan collected Rs27.433 million in government revenue during September 2026, exceeding its assigned monthly target by 43 percent.
According to the department, the office collected Rs27,433,083 against a monthly target of Rs19.3 million, achieving approximately 143 percent of the assigned target.
To recognize the achievement, Excise and Taxation Officer Mardan Syed Naveed Jamal distributed certificates of appreciation and cash awards among officers and staff in recognition of their performance.
Speaking on the occasion, Syed Naveed Jamal appreciated the officers and staff for their hard work, dedication and sense of responsibility.
He said the collection of revenue beyond the assigned target was the result of collective efforts by the department’s officers and staff.
He urged the team to maintain the same level of commitment and professionalism to further improve government revenue collection.
The Excise and Taxation Office Mardan reiterated its commitment to strengthening administrative measures, facilitating the public and ensuring the timely collection of government revenue.
